Objective	My objective is to provide the ultimate coaching education promoting a technically sound recreational base for optimum success at the elite level.  The mission is to develop leaders (coaches and athletes) who will guide with passion for sport as well as life.
Functional Summary	My goal is education.  The focus is to provide coaches and athletes with information needed to inspire growth as an individual, team player, and leader in sport. This is what guides my passion for success.
Employment	2006-present Joysjym.com Owner/Manager Provide online training, presentation outlines, training logs, educational DVDs, class/staff scheduling, event calendars, articles, athlete results, links to resources for coaching education and managing a business. 1986-present  Joy’s Jym Pocatello, ID  Coach  Manage staff, class scheduling, as well as coach recreational through elite athletes ranging in age from 1 yrs (walking) to adult. 1993-present USA Gymnastics USAG National Coaching Staff for Trampoline and Tumbling Presently coaching at National Camps the Jump Start National Team Members 2000-present USA Gymnastics  USAG National Junior Coaching Staff for Men’s Gymnastics Education for the Men’s Program in trampoline to enhance performance in vault, high bar release moves and dismounts, ring dismounts, and tumbling skills. 2001-2004  USA Gymnastics Pocatello, ID  National Trampoline and Tumbling Team Coordinator Manage all coaching education, clinics, team camps, and training logs for National teams.
